As caregivers, clinicians, coaches, and CEOs, your purpose is to empower children and clients to choose a life filled with healthy habits.  My purpose is to give you the support and tools to get them there before either of you burnout or give up!

I am always searching for patterns so I can develop habits based on what could be - not just what's in front of me. By visualizing the potential feelings and efficiencies of a new pattern, I can build a habit that aligns with my mindset before it aligns with my lifestyle. 

HABITS KEEP YOU GROUNDED WHEN LIFE GETS MESSY
I believe habits are what keep us focused and moving forward regardless of what life throws at us. Some days, it's habits that keep us sane! Habits have the power of keeping us from getting stuck in a cycle of indecision, overwhelm, and negativity when life feels chaotic. 

 

Why is my approach to habits different than what we traditionally read out? As an empath and early childhood developmental specialist, my mindset about habits has helped me thrive through all the seasons of change. Habits have helped me heal when I was:   
 

  • Grieving the death of a parent as a teen

  • Rebuilding my life multiple times in new cities and new careers

  • Navigating single parenting and co-parenting

  • Caring for a family member after a debilitating illness 

 

I credit everything I've been able to overcome and achieve to the systems and structures I set up in my own life and now is my chance to pay it forward to you and those who trust you!
